Tony
Working in Software as a Service since 2008, leveraging the ERP data of global clients, from Automotive and Building Supplies to JanSan and Office Supplies to digitally transform their businesses.
Recently qualified as a swimming judge - and then his daughter gave up competitive swimming. Reading, keeping fit and hill walking plus the occasional James Bond movie keep Tony occupied.

Tina Brown
Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles ranging from customer services within retail to branch management in the merchant world and as an onboarding specialist in the software industry.
Outside work, Tina loves to hike in the Lake District, go to the gym, cook, bake and spend time with her human family, two cats and a dog, laughing and joking as much as possible.

Andrew
17 years of merchanting experience with City Plumbing including branch operations, regional support and head office projects.
When not working I'm a keen cyclist and enjoy the gym and gardening. Husband, father of 2, dog, chicken and turkey owner.
In a previous life, I was a hairdresser

Jodie Sheelan
Over 9 years in Customer Service based roles alongside a sales and account management background within the health and fitness and corporate hospitality sector.
Outside work, Jodie enjoys going to the gym, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Robin
15 years experience in retail & merchant operations.
Specialising in B2B contract sales management & service enhancement.
Outside of work, Robin will be found in the garage working on his kit car, brewing beer, or spending time with his family.
